Delivery

Standard Delivery (approx. 5 working days) - £4.99

Please ensure you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your order. Please note that delivery times may differ for items delivered directly from suppliers (see below).

Express Delivery (approx. 1 working day) - £7.99 (on selected items only) Express delivery is only available on items that are in-stock at the point of order. If any item in your basket in out of stock, Express delivery will not an option you can choose. If you choose this option, your order will be delivered by courier and will take 1 working day to arrive. If you order before 3pm, your item(s) should be delivered the following day (if you order on a Friday, it will be delivered the following Monday). If you order after 1pm, your order will be despatched the following working day and delivered the day after that. Please ensure you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your order.

Heavy-Item Surcharge - Additional £9.99 per order Any items that carry the lorry icon lorry ison are subject to an additional delivery charge of £9.99 per order (no matter how many heavy items are in the basket).

Non-UK Mainland and Remote / Rural Deliveries We are now able to offer delivery to non-UK mainland areas. However, these more remote and rural parts of the UK are more difficult and expensive to reach and therefore we will need to add a £9.99 surcharge to the standard delivery charge. Unfortunately, we cannot offer Express delivery services to these areas and delivery may take up to 7 working days (or longer if the item is being despatched directly from a supplier - see below).

The following areas are subject to this surcharge:

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Argyll and Bute, Inverness, Kilmarnock, Lerwick, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey and Isles of Scilly

Deliveries direct from suppliers (Direct Despatch) Many of the items that are available on the this website are delivered to our customers directly from the suppliers. This means that we do not hold those items in our warehouse and therefore we cannot offer the same delivery guarantees as normal. Every supplier we work with will endeavour to deliver an order within 7 working days but please allow up to 10 working days for such orders. it is for this reason that we cannot offer an express delivery service for these items. A note will appear beneath the 'add to basket' button on product pages whenever a product is despatched directly from the supplier.

Important things to consider:

  • We can only deliver to mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands & Islands.
  • We can deliver to BFPO addresses but not PO Boxes.
  • If your order is placed before 1pm Monday – Friday we will aim to despatch goods on the same day.
  • If your order is placed after 1pm we will despatch goods the next working day.
  • We will send you an email when goods have been despatched from our warehouse or our supplier's warehouse.
  • If there is an unexpected delay with your order we will notify you by email as soon as possible with an estimated delivery date.
  • Our courier's delivery window is 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
  • If no one is in when delivery is attempted a calling card will be left giving you details of how you can arrange re-delivery or where the parcel can be collected from.
